With v0.1.54 we're shipping something we've been working toward since the beginning: a full, production-ready CRM integration — starting with AgentOS.
Why AgentOS First?
AgentOS is one of the most widely adopted property management CRMs in the UK lettings market. Agents already run their day-to-day operations inside it — tenancy records, landlord details, property data, and more. It made sense to integrate here first, where it would have the most immediate impact.
By going deep on AgentOS before moving to other CRMs, we've also built a solid, reusable integration pattern. Every CRM we add from here will be faster and more consistent as a result.
What This Means for Agents
For letting agents using AgentOS, the platform can now connect directly to your existing data. That means:
- No duplicate data entry. Tenancy and property information flows in automatically from your CRM.
- Accurate deposit workflows. Deduction processes are based on the same records you already maintain in AgentOS.
- Faster end-of-tenancy processing. Less back-and-forth, less manual work.
Under the Hood
The integration is built against the AgentOS Live API. Authentication, data retrieval, and the full connector lifecycle are all implemented and ready.
What's Next
AgentOS is the first of several CRM integrations planned for the platform. The architecture we've built here sets the foundation for connecting to other property management systems — watch this space.
