Mandate Activity & Reconciliation Reports
Mandate Activity & Reconciliation Reports
The Collections report page (/dashboard/reports/collections) now includes two additional tabs: Mandate Activity and Reconciliation. These sit alongside the existing Summary, Clawbacks, Fund Flow, and Reserve tabs.
Mandate Activity Report
The Mandate Activity report shows how mandates have moved through their lifecycle within a selected date range.
Summary Stats
At the top of the tab, six headline figures are displayed:

Daily Bar Chart
A stacked bar chart shows the last 30 days of mandate activity. Each bar is broken down by:
- New mandates
- Cancelled mandates
- Suspended mandates
This gives a quick visual indication of mandate churn over time.
Mandate Table
A paginated table lists all mandates created within the selected period. Columns include:
- Mandate ID
- Tenant name and email
- Property ref
- Status
- Collection amount (£)
- Collection frequency
- Created at
- Activated at
CSV Export
Click Export CSV to download the full mandate list. The export includes all table columns plus:
- Cancelled at
- Suspended at
- Failed at
- Failure reason
Filename format: mandate-activity-YYYY-MM-DD.csv
API
Data is served by the mandateActivity tRPC endpoint on the reports router. The endpoint accepts a date range and customer scope, and returns summary stats, daily aggregates, and the paginated mandate list.
Forward Reconciliation Report
The Reconciliation report provides a pipeline view of funds from collection through to forwarding, helping identify gaps between what has been collected and what has been forwarded to client accounts.
Summary Stats

| Total Collected | Sum of all successfully collected amounts in the period |
| Total Swept | Sum of all amounts swept from Modulr to the Griffin holding account |
| Total Forwarded | Sum of all amounts forwarded from holding to client accounts |
Counts are shown alongside each monetary total.
Gap Indicators
Two gap indicators appear between the summary stats:
- Collected → Swept gap — difference between total collected and total swept
- Swept → Forwarded gap — difference between total swept and total forwarded
Each indicator displays as green when the gap is within the £500 threshold, or amber when it exceeds it. An amber indicator may warrant investigation.
Holding Account Balance
A breakdown of the all-time holding account balance is shown:
- Total swept in
- Clawback debits
- Net forwarded
Daily Bar Chart
A side-by-side bar chart shows daily collected vs forwarded amounts. This makes it easy to see forwarding lag — typically the 24-hour hold period — and spot any days where collections did not result in a corresponding forward.
Daily Reconciliation Table
A table with one row per day shows:

CSV Export
Click Export CSV to download the daily reconciliation table. Filename format: reconciliation-YYYY-MM-DD.csv
Columns: Date, Collections Count, Collected (£), Forwards Count, Forwarded (£), Gap (£).
API
