With the release of v1.0.42, employees now have a dedicated Self-Service Portal — a secure, mobile-friendly hub where they can access their own HR information and take action without needing to contact HR directly.
What's Included
Personal Profile Management
Employees can view and update their personal information at any time:
- Contact details (phone number, address, email)
- Emergency contacts
- Personal preferences and profile settings
Pay Stubs
Employees have on-demand access to their payroll history:
- View current and past pay stubs
- Download pay stub PDFs for records or external use
- Review earnings breakdowns, deductions, and net pay
Benefits
Employees can review their active benefits without waiting on HR:
- View enrolled plans and coverage details
- Access plan summaries for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits
Time-Off Requests
The portal includes a streamlined time-off management workflow:
- Submit new time-off requests directly from the portal
- Track the status of pending and approved requests
- View remaining leave balances
Secure Document Access
Personal HR documents — such as offer letters, tax forms, and policy acknowledgements — are accessible through a secure, permission-controlled document viewer. Only the authenticated employee can access their own documents.
Mobile-Responsive Design
The Employee Self-Service Portal is fully responsive and designed to work across devices. Whether employees are on a desktop, tablet, or smartphone, the interface adapts to provide a consistent and usable experience.
Security
All portal access is gated behind the platform's existing authentication system. Document access and personal data are protected by role-based permissions — employees can only view and interact with their own records.
Getting Started
Employees can access the Self-Service Portal by logging into the platform and navigating to the My Portal section. No additional setup is required — access is provisioned automatically based on the employee's account.
Administrators can manage portal permissions from the HR Administration settings panel.
