We're releasing native BambooHR integration in v1.0.44, bringing seamless employee data synchronization to organizations that use BambooHR as their system of record for HR.

The Problem We're Solving

Teams managing HR data across multiple platforms face a familiar challenge: keeping employee records consistent between their HRIS and the tools that depend on that data. Discrepancies in headcount, compensation, or performance records create downstream errors in payroll runs, financial forecasts, and talent workflows — and resolving them typically means manual re-entry or brittle CSV exports.

What's New

With v1.0.44, you can connect BambooHR directly to the platform. Once connected, employee data flows automatically — no custom scripting, no manual sync triggers.

The integration covers three key data domains:

Organizational changes — New hires, terminations, department moves, reporting-line updates, and employment status changes propagate to the platform as they happen in BambooHR.

Payroll data — Compensation and pay schedule information is pulled from BambooHR and mapped directly to the platform's payroll module, reducing the risk of mismatches between HR records and payroll runs.

Performance information — Review results, ratings, and goals managed in BambooHR are surfaced within the platform's talent management workflows, giving managers a complete view without switching systems.

Automatic Data Mapping

One of the more time-consuming aspects of any HRIS integration is aligning field names, data types, and value enumerations between two systems with different schemas. In v1.0.44, all of this is handled automatically. The platform maps and transforms BambooHR's data model to its own internal schema at sync time — standard BambooHR configurations require zero manual field mapping to get started.

Getting Started

Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
Select BambooHR and enter your BambooHR subdomain and API key.
Authorize the connection and trigger the initial sync.

This initial release establishes the BambooHR → Platform data pipeline across organizational, payroll, and performance data. Write-back (Platform → BambooHR) and support for custom BambooHR fields are planned for a future release.
