Pre-Built Journey Templates

Pre-Built Journey Templates

NurtureHub ships every new agency account with 36 ready-to-use journey templates — one for every combination of contact category and journey type. There is nothing to configure: the moment a tenant is created, the full template library is available.

Overview

A journey template defines the skeleton of a nurture sequence for a specific type of contact. When an agent assigns a contact to a category, NurtureHub uses the matching template as the starting point for generating the personalised email sequence.

Each template specifies:

  • Journey name — a clear, human-readable label
  • Description — the intent and goal of the sequence
  • Target category — which of the 12 contact categories the template applies to
  • Journey typeprospect, existing_client, or re_engagement
  • Default email count — 3 emails per sequence (editable)
  • Default send schedule — pre-set timing between each email step

Journey Types

Every contact category has three template variants to reflect where a contact is in the relationship:

prospect

For contacts who are new or have had limited interaction. The goal is to build awareness and move toward a first concrete commitment — a valuation booking, a viewing, or a management enquiry.

existing_client

For contacts already active on your books. Sequences focus on deepening trust, adding value, and cross-selling relevant services.

re_engagement

For contacts that have gone cold. Sequences are designed to reopen the conversation with a relevant hook and prompt a response.

Contact Categories and Sequences

The 12 contact categories and their pre-built prospect sequences are:

All 12 categories follow the same three-email, category-specific structure. The Seller, Buyer, and Landlord sequences above illustrate the intended tone and progression.

Template Library at a Glance

12 contact categories
× 3 journey types (prospect, existing_client, re_engagement)
= 36 templates

Each template contains 3 email steps by default, giving the platform 108 pre-defined email touchpoints out of the box.

How Templates Are Applied

  1. Tenant creation — all 36 templates are seeded automatically. No manual import is required.
  2. Contact categorisation — when an agent assigns a category to a contact, NurtureHub selects the matching template based on category and journey type.
  3. AI generation — the template structure (subject intent and send schedule) is passed to the AI, which writes the full email copy in the agency's brand voice.
  4. Review and approval — the generated sequence is presented to the agent before any emails are sent.

Editing Templates

Templates are starting points, not locked configurations. Agents can:

  • Rename a journey
  • Adjust the number of emails in a sequence
  • Change the send schedule between steps
  • Edit generated email copy before approval

Changes made to an individual journey do not affect the underlying template for future contacts.
