Build Richer Brand Profiles with Document Upload

NurtureHub learns your agency's brand voice by reading your website — but your website doesn't always tell the whole story. Plenty of agencies have detailed landlord guides, polished brochures, and carefully written service packs that never make it online. Until now, that content was invisible to the platform.

With v1.0.54, that changes.

Upload the documents you already have

You can now upload PDF and Word documents directly into the AI Brand Setup flow. The platform parses the file, extracts the text, and runs it through the same AI structuring process used for website crawl data. The result is added to your brand intelligence profile — the same profile that powers every personalised email NurtureHub writes on your behalf.

There's no template to fill in and no reformatting required. Drop in a brochure, a landlord welcome pack, or a team bio document exactly as it is.

What gets extracted

The AI layer looks for brand-relevant signals in whatever you upload:

How your agency describes its services
The tone and language you use with clients
Team names, roles, and personalities
Local expertise and area knowledge
Key selling points and differentiators

This structured data sits alongside your website crawl results. The two sources combine to give NurtureHub a fuller, more accurate picture of who your agency is — which means more accurate, more on-brand email copy from the first send.

Multiple documents, processed incrementally

You're not limited to a single upload. Add documents one at a time, in any order, across multiple sessions. Each document is processed independently and its extracted content is merged into the existing profile. The brand profile gets smarter with every document you add.

Supported formats

PDF (.pdf) — processed via pdf-parse
Word documents (.docx) — processed via mammoth

File type validation runs at upload, so unsupported formats are flagged immediately.

Document upload is available now in the Brand Setup section of your NurtureHub account. If you've already completed Brand Setup, you can return to it at any time to add documents to your existing profile.
