We've shipped the Performance Management System — a fully integrated module that brings employee performance reviews, goal tracking, development planning, and 360-degree feedback into the platform.
Why This Matters
Managing performance across a mid-market or enterprise organisation involves a lot of moving parts: scheduling reviews, gathering multi-directional feedback, tracking goals, and turning all of that into actionable development plans. Previously this work was spread across disconnected spreadsheets, email threads, and standalone tools. The Performance Management System consolidates it in one place, directly alongside your existing HR and financial data.
What's Included
Performance Reviews
Create structured review templates and assign them to employees. The automated scheduling engine ensures reviews are triggered at the right intervals — no more manually chasing managers to complete overdue assessments.
- Configurable review cycles (annual, semi-annual, quarterly, or custom)

Goal Tracking
Goals are a first-class object in the system. You can set goals at the individual, team, or department level and link them directly to performance reviews.

Getting Started
- Enable the module — Navigate to Settings → Modules and enable Performance Management.
- Create a review template — Go to Performance → Templates and define your rating scales, sections, and questions.
- Set up a review cycle — In Performance → Cycles, configure the schedule and assign participants.
- Add goals — Use Performance → Goals to create goals and link them to employees or teams.
- Launch 360 feedback — Within an active review cycle, select participants for 360 feedback requests.
- View analytics — Head to Performance → Analytics for dashboards and trend reports.
Available In
The Performance Management System is available in all multi-tenant environments on v1.0.22 and above. Existing tenants will see the module in their Settings panel after the upgrade.
