New in v1.0.12: Contact Management — List & Detail Views

Version 1.0.12 introduces full contact management to NurtureHub, giving agents a centralised place to view, search, and manage every contact in their pipeline — and drill down into individual contact histories without leaving the dashboard.

The Contact List (/dashboard/contacts)

The contacts page is your operational home for every person in the system. It is designed to surface the information agents need at a glance, without overwhelming the interface.

What you see

ColumnDescription
NameFull contact name. Click to open the detail page.
EmailPrimary email address on record.
Category BadgeThe contact's current nurture category (e.g. Seller, Landlord, Buy-to-Let Investor, Active Tenant).
Intent ScoreA real-time indicator of how engaged and purchase-ready the contact appears based on their behaviour.
Last ActivityWhen the contact last interacted with an email or was updated in the system.
Sequence StatusWhether the contact is currently inside an active nurture sequence, has completed one, or has not yet been assigned.

Search and pagination

The list supports free-text search so you can find a contact by name or email instantly. Results are paginated to keep performance fast regardless of the size of your contact database.

The Contact Detail Page (/dashboard/contacts/[id])

Clicking any contact opens their dedicated detail page. This view brings together everything NurtureHub knows about that person in one place.

Full profile

Name, email address, and all core contact fields are shown at the top of the page.

Category assignment history

A chronological log shows every category the contact has ever been assigned to, with timestamps. This gives agents a clear picture of how a relationship has evolved — for example, a contact who moved from Prospective Buyer to Buy-to-Let Investor.

Active sequence status

See which nurture sequence the contact is currently in, which email they are on, and what comes next. If the contact has completed a sequence or has not yet been assigned one, that state is clearly indicated.

Email engagement timeline

An ordered timeline of every email event associated with the contact:

  • Email sent
  • Email opened
  • Link clicked
  • Sequence completed

This gives agents the full engagement story without needing to cross-reference a separate analytics tool.

Intent score history chart

A visual chart plots how the contact's intent score has changed over time. Rising scores indicate increasing engagement and can be used to prioritise follow-up; this chart makes the trend visible at a glance.

Contact Actions

Three actions are available directly from the contact list and detail views:

Add Contact

Create a new contact record and immediately assign them to one of the twelve nurture categories. NurtureHub will generate a personalised three-email sequence for the category and queue it for review.

Edit Contact

Update any contact's details or reassign them to a different category. Changing category will trigger a new sequence generation for the updated category.

Archive Contact

Archiving removes a contact from active lists and stops any running sequences, but preserves the full contact record and history. Archived contacts can be retrieved at any time.

Summary

The v1.0.12 contact management views give property agents a single, fast interface for understanding their entire pipeline — who is in it, where they are in their nurture journey, and how engaged they are — without any manual tracking or external spreadsheets.
