NurtureHub now connects directly to your Apify account, giving UK property agents access to a curated set of data extraction Actor profiles purpose-built for property prospecting — all within a GDPR-conscious import pipeline.
What This Feature Does
This integration bridges your Apify account with NurtureHub's prospecting pipeline. You connect once with an API key, choose a pre-configured Actor profile tuned for UK property data sources, set your search parameters, and launch an extraction run. The results come back with quality metrics and compliance flags before flowing into the contact import pipeline for GDPR review.
This means agents can source fresh, targeted prospect data — landlords, sellers, auction buyers — without switching tools or building custom scrapers.
Connecting Your Apify Account
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Apify.
- Enter your Apify API key (available from your Apify Console).
- Save. NurtureHub will validate the key and confirm the connection.
Your API key is stored encrypted and is never exposed in the UI after saving.
Available Actor Profiles
NurtureHub ships with four pre-configured Actor profiles optimised for UK property prospecting:

These profiles are maintained and optimised by NurtureHub. You do not need to configure anything in Apify directly.
Configuring a Search Run
After selecting an Actor profile, configure your extraction parameters:
- Postcode / Postcode Area — Target a specific postcode or a broader area (e.g.
SW1A,M1,EH1 1). - Property Type — Filter by residential, commercial, HMO, etc. (options vary by Actor).
- Keywords — Add specific terms to refine extraction results.
Once configured, click Launch Run to start the extraction. Run time varies by scope and Actor profile.
Reviewing Run Results
When an extraction run completes, NurtureHub displays a results summary:
- Record Count — Total number of records extracted.
- Extraction Quality Metrics — Indicators of data completeness and reliability (e.g. contact field fill rate).
- Compliance Warnings — Flags for records that may require additional review before import (e.g. missing provenance data).
Review these metrics before proceeding to import. You can discard a run at this stage if the quality does not meet your requirements.
Importing Records: The GDPR Review Pipeline
All records extracted via Apify pass through the Prospecting Contact Import Pipeline before entering NurtureHub's nurture pipeline. This is a mandatory step — no records bypass the compliance gate.
The import pipeline:
- Screens each record for required fields and data quality.
- Presents GDPR prompts — including lawful basis for processing and suppression list checks.
- Flags records that cannot be lawfully imported without agent review.
- Only admits approved records into the nurture pipeline for category assignment and sequence generation.
This ensures that data sourced via web extraction is handled consistently with your agency's GDPR obligations before any contact is made.
After Import
Once records clear the GDPR review stage, they appear as new contacts in NurtureHub. From here, the standard workflow applies:
- Assign the contact to one of the twelve predefined categories (e.g. Landlord, Seller, Buy-to-Let Investor).
- NurtureHub generates a personalised three-email nurture sequence in your brand voice.
- Review, approve, and track engagement as normal.
Requirements
- An active Apify account (free tier is sufficient for low-volume runs).
- An Apify API key with Actor run permissions.
- NurtureHub v1.0.80 or later.
Notes
- Actor profiles are pre-configured by NurtureHub. Custom Actor support is not available in this release.
- Extraction runs consume Apify compute units billed to your Apify account. NurtureHub does not charge additionally for runs.
- Compliance warnings in the results view are advisory. Final GDPR responsibility rests with the agent as data controller.
