What's New in v1.0.44: Learner Progress Report per Course
Released: 2025-07-14
Version 1.0.44 ships a new Admin tool that answers one of the most common questions course managers ask: "How is each learner actually doing in this course?"
The Problem
Before this release, tracking learner progress required checking individual learner profiles one at a time — a slow, manual process that made it difficult to get a birds-eye view of a cohort or quickly identify who needed attention.
What's New
Aggregated Learner Progress Table
Administrators now have access to a Learner Progress Report inside every course. The report shows a table with one row per enrolled learner, displaying:
- Completion percentage — how far through the course the learner has progressed
- Lessons completed — the exact count of finished lessons
- Enrollment date — when they joined the course
No more hunting through individual profiles. Everything you need to assess cohort engagement is on one screen.
Who Benefits
- Course administrators who manage large cohorts and need to monitor progress efficiently
- Operations teams responsible for learner success and re-engagement campaigns
- Program managers who report on completion rates across member groups
How to Use It
- Go to Admin → Courses and open a course.
- Click the Learner Progress tab.
- Review the table — sort by completion percentage to surface the most at-risk learners.
- Reach out to learners who enrolled a long time ago but show little or no progress.
