Onboarding Checklist: Intelligence Tool Setup
Onboarding Checklist: Intelligence Tool Setup
Access: This tool is restricted to the internal allowlist. Only
glyn@agentos.comanddylan@agentos.comcan log in. There is no public marketing page — the app opens directly to the login screen.
The onboarding checklist walks you through your first complete session with the proptech intelligence tool. Complete these four steps in order to go from fresh login to a prioritised shortlist of build opportunities.
Step 1 — Confirm Team Access
Verify that your email address is on the internal allowlist and that you can successfully authenticate.
- Navigate to the app URL. You will land directly on the login screen.
- Sign in with your
@agentos.comemail address. - If access is denied, contact an admin to add your address to the allowlist.
Checklist item completes when: You are logged in and can see the main dashboard.
Step 2 — Run Your First Kerfuffle Crawl
The tool is seeded by pasting a supplier directory URL from Kerfuffle.com.
- Copy a Kerfuffle category or directory URL (e.g. a listings page for a specific proptech vertical).
- Paste the URL into the crawl input field and start the crawl.
- The system will skim all listings on that page, scraping reviews, ratings, features, and pricing signals for each supplier.
Checklist item completes when: The crawl finishes and results appear in the ranked dashboard.
Step 3 — Review Your First Scored Products
Once the crawl is complete, the dashboard displays products sorted by composite opportunity score.
Each product is scored across four dimensions:
| Dimension | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Replicability | How easy the product is to build with our stack |
| Market demand | Review volume and sentiment |
| Revenue potential | Pricing tier and market size signals |
| Competitive gaps | Weaknesses revealed by negative reviews |
- Use the sortable columns to explore the ranked list.
- Click any product to open its full dossier, which includes an auto-drafted mission statement, suggested feature list, and competitor weakness analysis.
Checklist item completes when: You have opened and read at least one product dossier.
Step 4 — Shortlist Your Top 3 Opportunities
With the dossiers reviewed, identify the three products that represent the strongest build opportunities.
- Consider composite score, but also use your judgement on strategic fit.
- Shortlist each product using the shortlist action in its dossier view.
- The dossier content (mission statement, feature list, weakness analysis) is ready to copy directly into the SaaS build pipeline.
Checklist item completes when: Three products are marked as shortlisted.
Checklist Progress
Progress is persisted via the onboardingSteps table. Completed steps are marked automatically where the system can detect completion (e.g. successful login, crawl finishing). Steps 3 and 4 require manual confirmation.
