The moment a lead gets hot, your agent needs to know. With v1.0.68, NurtureHub now watches every lead score update in real time and fires an immediate alert — in-app and by email — the instant a contact crosses your conversion threshold. No polling, no manual checking, no leads going cold because nobody noticed the score had climbed.

Why This Matters

Lead nurture only converts when agents act at the right moment. NurtureHub has always scored contacts based on engagement — email opens, link clicks, replies — but until now, acting on that score still required an agent to log in and check. That gap is now closed.

How the Alert Works

When a contact's lead score crosses 60 points (the default threshold, configurable per agency), NurtureHub:

  • Fires an in-app notification to the assigned agent
  • Sends an email alert to that same agent simultaneously

Both alerts contain everything the agent needs to act immediately:

  • The contact's name and category
  • Their current score and a breakdown of exactly which engagement events drove it
  • Their journey status — where they are in the nurture sequence
  • A direct link straight to the contact profile

No navigating, no searching. One click from the alert to the contact.

Built for Real Agency Workflows

We've thought carefully about how agents actually work:

Acknowledgement keeps alerts visible until an agent has seen them. Nothing silently disappears.

Conversion tracking lets agents record whether an alert led to a valuation booked or an instruction secured. Over time this tells you — and us — which lead patterns actually convert, making the scoring model smarter.

Alert suppression prevents the same contact triggering repeated notifications in quick succession. If a contact is already on your radar, you don't need the same alert twice.

Configuring Your Threshold

The default threshold is 60 points, which we've calibrated against typical property agent engagement data. If your agency's contacts tend to score higher or lower before they're genuinely ready to act, you can adjust this in Settings → Lead Scoring → Hot Lead Threshold.

Available Now

The hot lead alert dispatch system is live for all NurtureHub agencies from v1.0.68. No setup required — alerts will start firing automatically for any contact that crosses the threshold.

Conversion outcomes and alert history are visible in the Hot Leads report under Analytics.
