No More Double Data Entry: PMS Integration Is Here

If you've spoken to us during onboarding, you know this one has been at the top of our list. The single most common reason agents stall during setup isn't confusion about the product — it's the prospect of manually re-entering every property and tenancy they already manage in their existing system.

Starting today, that problem is gone.

What We've Built

Version 0.1.26 ships bi-directional sync with four of the most widely used Property Management Systems in the UK:

Reapit
Jupix
Fixflo
Arthur Online

Connect your PMS once, and your portfolio — properties, tenancies, tenant details — is imported automatically. From that point on, the two systems stay in sync. Changes in your PMS appear here. Changes you make here flow back.

Why This Matters

For agents managing dozens or hundreds of properties, the idea of duplicating a full portfolio into a new platform is a real blocker. It takes time, it introduces errors, and it means two systems immediately start drifting apart.

Bi-directional sync fixes all three of those problems at once:

Speed — onboarding takes minutes, not days.
Accuracy — there's one source of truth, not two.
Consistency — updates in either system are reflected in both.

This is a foundational step toward making the platform something agents can use alongside their existing workflow, rather than instead of it.

Getting Connected

Head to Settings → Integrations, select your PMS, and follow the authorisation steps. The initial import runs automatically. For detailed instructions, see the PMS Integration documentation.

What's Next

We'll be expanding the list of supported PMS platforms based on demand. If your system isn't listed yet, let us know — we're tracking requests and prioritising by volume.
