Meet the Database Reactivator Agent

The Database Reactivator is a new autonomous AI agent built into NurtureHub. Every day, it quietly scans your entire contact database, identifies anyone who has gone dormant, and automatically kicks off a personalised re-engagement journey for them — queued for your review before anything is sent.

You don't configure a workflow. You don't schedule a task. You don't write a single email. The agent does all of it.


Intelligent Dormancy Detection

Not all contacts are the same, and the Database Reactivator treats them accordingly. The agent applies different inactivity thresholds depending on whether a contact is a prospect or an existing client:

  • Prospects are flagged after 90 days of no engagement activity.
  • Existing clients are given more time — 180 days — before the agent steps in.

Both thresholds are configurable so you can set what "dormant" means for your agency.


Personalised, Not Generic

When the agent identifies a dormant contact, it doesn't just send a generic "we miss you" email. It:

  • Assigns the contact to the re_engagement journey for their specific category (Seller, Landlord, Buy-to-Let Investor, Active Tenant, and so on).
  • Selects the appropriate re-engagement template for that category.
  • Triggers the NurtureHub Content Writer to generate fresh emails personalised to that contact's history — their previous interactions, what they were interested in, where they were in their journey.

The result is a re-engagement email that feels like it was written for that specific person, because it was.


You're Always in Control

The Database Reactivator generates and queues — it never sends without your approval. Every re-engagement sequence lands in your approval queue first. Review it, tweak it if you want, then approve. Only then does it go.

This keeps the quality bar high and gives you full visibility into what's going out to your database.


Know What's Working

The agent tracks reactivation success rate per category, so over time you'll build a clear picture of which contact types respond best to re-engagement. Sellers coming back? Landlords staying quiet? The data will tell you, and you can use it to sharpen your approach.
