This release introduces two complementary tools for gym owners to grow and retain their member base: a Win-Back Campaign System for recovering recently cancelled members, and a Member Referral Programme that lets existing members invite friends with full conversion tracking.
Win-Back Campaign System
Win-back campaigns allow gym owners to automatically reach out to members who have recently cancelled, presenting them with a tailored offer to re-engage.
How It Works
- Define your audience — The system automatically identifies members who have recently cancelled their membership.
- Configure your offer — Set the details of the win-back incentive (e.g. a discounted rejoining rate, a free trial period, or a complimentary class pack).
- Automated delivery — Offers are surfaced to lapsed members through an automated outreach sequence, removing the need for manual follow-up.

Configuration
Win-back campaigns are managed from the Owner Dashboard under the Retention section. You can create multiple campaigns with different offer types and run them simultaneously.
Member Referral Programme
The referral programme gives existing members a simple way to invite friends to join the gym. Every referral is tracked from invite through to conversion so owners know exactly which members are driving new sign-ups.
How It Works
- Member generates a referral link — Active members can access their unique referral link or invite flow from within their member account.
- Friend signs up via the link — The invited friend follows the link to begin their sign-up journey.
- Conversion is attributed — The platform records the referral source, linking the new sign-up back to the referring member.

Viewing Referral Data
Referral conversion data is available in the Owner Dashboard under the Growth section. The report shows:
- Total referrals sent
- Conversion rate (invites → sign-ups)
- Top referring members

Can I run a win-back campaign and a referral programme at the same time?
Yes. The two systems operate independently and can run concurrently without conflict.
Does a lapsed member who returns via a referral link count as a win-back or a referral?
If the lapsed member follows a referral link from an existing member, the conversion is attributed to the referral programme. Win-back attribution applies to members reached via a win-back campaign sequence.
Can I offer the referring member a reward?
The referral programme tracks conversions but reward fulfilment (e.g. a free month, a store credit) is managed manually by the gym owner at this stage.
