The AI Posibl Coach is an in-app conversational assistant that answers member questions in plain language using personalised, data-driven responses. Every reply is grounded in that member's full context — not generic advice.

Overview

Most coaching chatbots answer from a static knowledge base. The AI Posibl Coach is different: before composing any response, it pulls together everything the platform knows about that specific member and uses that context to give an answer that is accurate, relevant, and actionable for them right now.

How It Works

Member opens the coach interface inside the app.
Member types a question in natural language.
The assistant retrieves the member's current context — training history, goals, health data, injury flags, and habits.
A personalised response is generated that directly addresses the question using that member's data.
The conversation continues — the coach maintains context across the session so follow-up questions work naturally.

Access & Availability

Available to all members from within the member-facing app interface.
Context data is drawn from the member's existing platform records — no additional setup is required by the member.
Coaches and gym owners can view conversation summaries to stay informed about member questions and concerns.

Privacy & Data Use

The AI Posibl Coach only accesses data belonging to the authenticated member making the request.
No member's data is used to answer another member's questions.
All queries and responses are logged for transparency and can be reviewed by the member.
