Email Sequence Review & Approval
Email Sequence Review & Approval
Before any email is sent to a contact, every AI-generated nurture sequence must pass through the Review & Approval step. This is the human-in-the-loop gate that gives agents full control over what goes out under their agency's brand.
Accessing the Review Queue
Navigate to Dashboard → Sequences (/dashboard/sequences) to see all draft sequences awaiting your approval.
Each row in the list shows:
- The contact name and assigned category (e.g. Seller, Landlord, Buy-to-Let Investor)
- The number of emails in the sequence (always 3)
- The current approval status of individual emails within the sequence
Reviewing a Sequence
Click on any sequence to open the Review Drawer. Inside the drawer you can work through each of the 3 emails.
Previewing Emails
Each email is shown as a rendered HTML preview — the same visual output the recipient will see. This lets you check formatting, personalisation tokens, and brand voice before committing to send.
Editing Subject and Body
If any email needs a tweak, click into the subject line or body field to edit inline. Changes are saved within the drawer without navigating away.
Regenerating an Individual Email
If an email isn't quite right and you'd prefer a fresh AI attempt, use the Regenerate action on that specific email. Only that email is regenerated — the rest of the sequence is unaffected.
Approving Emails
You have three levels of approval control:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Approve individual email | Marks a single email as approved; the others remain in draft. |
| Approve whole sequence | Approves all 3 emails in the sequence at once. |
| Approve All (one-click) | Instantly approves every email in the sequence — ideal for a quick review pass. |
Once approved, emails are automatically moved to the sending queue and dispatched according to the sequence schedule.
Important: No email is ever sent to a contact without at least one explicit approval action. Drafts remain in the queue indefinitely until acted upon.

Tips
- Use Approve All when the AI output looks good and you want to move quickly — it's designed for speed without sacrificing oversight.
- Use Regenerate on a single email rather than discarding the whole sequence when only one message misses the mark.
- Inline editing is best for small copy tweaks (subject line wording, a specific detail) rather than full rewrites — use Regenerate for that.
- Rendered previews reflect your agency's brand styling. What you see is what the contact receives.
