Drop-In Booking & Network Access

Version 1.0.4 introduces drop-in booking across the Posibl affiliate network, with integrated Stripe payments and automatic athlete briefing cards for host gyms.

Overview

Drop-in booking connects the Posibl network so that:

  • Posibl members can train at any affiliate gym when travelling or visiting a new location.
  • Non-Posibl athletes (guests) can book a one-off session at Posibl Cardiff via the website.
  • Host gyms receive a briefing card for every visiting athlete so coaches are prepared.

For Posibl Members — Booking a Drop-In

  1. Open the Posibl app and navigate to Network or the affiliate gym's profile.
  2. Browse available drop-in sessions and select a date and time.
  3. Confirm the booking — payment is collected immediately via Stripe using the card on file.
  4. A booking confirmation is sent to you and the host gym.

Note: Payment is taken at the point of booking. Cancellation and refund policies are set by the host gym.

For Guests — Booking a Drop-In at Posibl Cardiff

Athletes who are not Posibl members can book a drop-in at Posibl Cardiff through the website:

  1. Visit the Posibl Cardiff booking page on the website.
  2. Select an available session.
  3. Complete the Stripe checkout — no account or existing membership is required.
  4. A confirmation email is sent with session details.

For Host Gyms — Athlete Briefing Cards

When a drop-in is booked at your gym, you automatically receive a briefing card for the visiting athlete. The briefing card gives your coaching team the context they need before the session, helping them:

  • Scale movements appropriately for the visiting athlete.
  • Account for any relevant health or injury information.
  • Deliver a personalised experience to a first-time visitor.

Briefing cards appear in your gym's management dashboard alongside the session roster.

Payments

All drop-in payments are processed via Stripe. Payment is collected at the time of booking for both Posibl member and guest bookings. Host gyms receive their share of the booking fee according to the network revenue-sharing agreement.
