Managing a branch portfolio means staying across compliance, deposit releases, and expiring paperwork — for your properties, not everyone else's. Until now, portfolio digest emails reflected the whole organisation. Starting this week, branch managers get a digest that's actually theirs.


A Digest That Knows Your Portfolio

Every Monday morning, branch managers with the branch_manager role will receive a weekly health summary scoped entirely to the properties assigned to their branch. No cross-branch noise. No irrelevant tenancies. Just the information that needs your attention, right now.

The digest covers three key areas:

Compliance failures — properties in your branch that have active compliance check failures, so you can act before they become formal issues.

Open deposit releases — unresolved deposit returns across your tenancies, flagging anything that risks delay at tenancy end.

Expiring signatures — outstanding signature requests closing in on their deadline, giving you time to chase before they lapse.


How It's Delivered

The digest runs on a schedule — every Monday at 08:00 — and is sent automatically to all branch managers whose branch has an active property portfolio. There's nothing to configure. If you're a branch manager with properties assigned to your branch, you'll start receiving it from the next scheduled run.


Why This Matters

Fair, fast tenancy endings depend on staying ahead of the detail. A compliance failure spotted on Monday is a dispute avoided on move-out day. An expiring signature chased early is a deposit returned on time. The branch-level digest turns weekly awareness into weekly action — at exactly the right level of the organisation.
