Corporate Wellness B2B Subscriptions — v1.0.59

Corporate Wellness B2B Subscriptions

Available from v1.0.59

The Corporate Wellness feature enables employers to purchase bulk platform access for their staff as a structured workplace fitness benefit. This page covers how bulk seat allocation works, the company administrator role, employee access, and employer-branded group challenges.

How It Works

A corporate subscription operates as a distinct billing and access layer alongside individual consumer subscriptions:

  1. Employer purchases seats — A company buys a block of seats at the corporate tier rate.
  2. Administrator manages allocation — A designated company administrator uses the management dashboard to assign seats to employees.
  3. Employees onboard — Invited employees create accounts (or link existing ones) and are granted access to curated programming tracks.
  4. Branded challenges run monthly — The employer can participate in monthly group challenges badged with their organisation's name.

Bulk Seat Allocation

  • Seats are purchased as a fixed block tied to a single corporate billing account.
  • Billing is handled at the corporate subscription tier, separate from individual member billing.
  • Seats can be assigned, reassigned, or revoked at any time by the company administrator — there is no waiting period between reassignments.
  • Unused seats remain available in the pool until the end of the billing period.

Company Administrator Role

Each corporate subscription has one or more designated company administrators. Administrators have access to a dedicated management dashboard with the following capabilities:

CapabilityDescription
Invite employeesSend seat invitations to staff by email address
Assign seatsLink an accepted invitation to an available seat
Revoke seatsRemove a staff member's access and return the seat to the pool
View engagement dataSee aggregate activity and participation data across the organisation
Seat historyReview a full log of seat assignments and changes for reporting

Note: Administrators see only aggregated or role-appropriate data. Individual member health and training data remains private to each employee.

Employee Access

Employees onboarded via a corporate seat receive access to two curated programming tracks:

Foundations

A structured introductory track designed for members who are new to functional fitness or returning after a break. Movements are coached progressively with scaling options.

Daily

The standard daily programming track, providing regularly updated workouts suitable for a broad range of fitness levels within a workplace wellness context.

Employees access these tracks through the same member experience as individual subscribers — including the mobile app, scheduling, and progress tracking — but their seat is managed by their employer.

Employer-Branded Monthly Group Challenges

Corporate accounts can participate in monthly group challenges branded to the employer:

  • Challenges are scoped to the employer's cohort of active employees.
  • The challenge is badged with the employer's name, creating a team identity around the activity.
  • An internal leaderboard shows participation and results within the organisation.
  • Challenges run on a monthly cadence aligned to the platform-wide challenge calendar.

Branded challenges are designed to drive peer accountability and team engagement within a corporate wellness programme.

Getting Started

  1. Contact your account manager or visit the platform's corporate sign-up flow to configure a bulk seat purchase.
  2. Designate a company administrator — this person will receive admin credentials for the management dashboard.
  3. Invite employees from the administrator dashboard using their work email addresses.
  4. Employees accept their invitation, complete onboarding, and begin accessing Foundations or Daily programming.
  5. Opt in to employer-branded monthly challenges from the administrator dashboard.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can an employee keep their account if they leave the company? When a seat is revoked by the administrator, the employee's account data is retained but their access reverts to an unsubscribed state. They can choose to subscribe individually.

Are corporate seats compatible with individual subscriptions? Corporate seats are a separate subscription type. An employee with an existing individual subscription who is also assigned a corporate seat will operate under the corporate access tier for the duration of the assignment.

Can more seats be added mid-cycle? Seat block top-ups and billing adjustments are handled through the corporate billing account. Contact your account manager to adjust your seat count outside of the standard renewal cycle.

Is employee health data visible to the employer? No. The administrator dashboard surfaces only aggregated engagement and participation data. Individual health metrics, training logs, and recovery data are private to each employee.
