Attendance trends give you a clear picture of how your gym is being used over time. See which time slots are packed and which are underperforming, and use that data to make smarter scheduling and programming calls.

Understand what's driving revenue

Revenue breakdowns slice your income by training track and membership tier. So instead of a single revenue number, you see exactly which programs and price points are commercially healthy — and which need attention.

See how PT conversion is performing

Personal training upsell is one of the highest-value levers a gym owner has. The PT conversion metrics track how many members are making the move to PT packages, broken down by coach and period, so you can see what's working and where the pipeline is stalling.

Catch churn before it happens

Churn risk cohort analysis automatically groups your members by engagement signals — high risk, medium risk, and low risk — so you can act early. A well-timed message to a high-risk member is far more effective than a win-back campaign after they've already left.

Monitor injury trends across your gym

Injury rate reports aggregate logged injury data across all members and programming periods. If a particular training block or track is generating elevated injury rates, you'll see it here before it becomes a bigger problem.
