AI Cost & Token Spend Dashboard per Product
AI Cost & Token Spend Dashboard per Product
The AI Cost & Token Spend Dashboard gives you complete visibility into how Anthropic API tokens are consumed across every agent, product, and pipeline run on your SaaS Factory account.
Overview
SaaS Factory operates 32+ specialized agents continuously — researchers, architects, engineers, testers, marketers, compliance officers, and more. Every agent interaction consumes Anthropic API tokens, which are deducted from your credit balance. The Cost & Token Spend Dashboard surfaces this consumption in a structured, queryable interface so you can understand exactly where your budget is going.
Where to Find It
Navigate to Operations → Billing & Cost Intelligence in the platform sidebar.
Dashboard Sections
Per-Agent Token Breakdown
A ranked table showing every agent type active on your account alongside:
- Total tokens consumed in the selected time window
- Equivalent credit cost
- Percentage share of total spend
- Average tokens per invocation
Use this view to identify unexpectedly expensive agents or over-invoked roles.
Per-Product Cost Attribution
A side-by-side comparison of total AI spend per product being operated by the factory. Metrics include:
- Cumulative token spend (all time and windowed)
- Credit cost broken down by agent category
- Spend velocity (credits/day) for each product
This view makes it straightforward to identify which products are consuming a disproportionate share of budget relative to their output.
Cost per Feature Shipped
Every feature that completes the full pipeline — from discovery through implementation, CI, and release — is annotated with the total token cost of the run that produced it. This gives you a concrete cost-per-outcome metric:
- Cost per feature (individual and rolling average)
- Cost by feature complexity tier
- Trend line showing whether cost-per-feature is improving or regressing over time
Pipeline Run Cost Trends
A time-series chart plotting cost-per-pipeline-run over time. Use this to:
- Detect cost regressions introduced by new agent configurations
- Measure the efficiency impact of platform upgrades
- Set budget alerts when per-run cost exceeds a threshold
Use Cases
Enterprise Budget Governance
Enterprise procurement teams can export spend data per product and per time period for internal chargeback, budget forecasting, and vendor ROI reporting. The per-feature cost metric provides a direct comparison point against per-seat AI coding tools.
Platform-Level Cost Optimization
The platform's internal optimization loop reads cost-efficiency signals from this dashboard to inform agent selection. Agents that consistently produce equivalent output at lower token cost are favoured in future pipeline runs, creating a compounding efficiency improvement over time.
Anomaly Detection
Unexpected spikes in per-agent or per-product spend often indicate a stuck pipeline, an infinite retry loop, or an unusually large context being passed to a model. The dashboard makes these anomalies visible immediately rather than appearing only as a depleted credit balance.
Credit Balance vs. Spend Dashboard

The sidebar credit balance remains the at-a-glance indicator. The Cost & Spend Dashboard is the full audit and analysis layer.
Notes
- Data is sourced from the platform's existing billing engine, which has been tracking raw usage since launch. Historical data is available from account creation.
- Token counts reflect Anthropic API usage only. Other third-party service calls (e.g. search APIs, deployment integrations) are tracked separately under Operations → Infrastructure Cost.
- Time window selector supports: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, and custom date range.
