What the ROI Attribution Dashboard Shows You

The number that matters most

The headline view is the Campaign ROI Summary: attributed revenue set against your platform cost, expressed as a plain return-on-investment ratio. No complicated attribution modelling to configure — NurtureHub tracks every contact that opened, clicked, or replied to a journey email and then progressed to a recorded outcome, and it surfaces that value directly on screen.

Which journeys are actually converting

Not every nurture sequence performs equally. The Per-Journey-Type Performance table ranks every active journey by conversion rate, so you can see at a glance whether your Seller re-engagement sequence is outperforming your Landlord onboarding flow, and act on that information.

Where contacts are dropping off

The Per-Category Conversion Funnel maps the journey from first contact to business outcome across each of NurtureHub's twelve contact categories. If Contacts → Engaged is strong but Engaged → Hot Lead is weak for a particular category, that's a signal to review the sequence for that group — or to adjust your qualifying criteria.

Who on your team is driving results

The Per-Agent Leaderboard ranks agent personas by attributed outcomes. It's a straightforward way to run performance conversations backed by data rather than gut feel, and to identify agents who are consistently turning nurtured leads into business.

How your emails compare to the industry

Open rate, click rate, reply rate — the Email Performance Metrics view shows all three alongside UK property industry benchmarks. If your open rates are consistently above benchmark, your subject lines are working. If reply rates are lagging, it may be time to review your call-to-action copy.

Trends over time

The Attributed Outcomes Timeline plots business outcomes by day, week, or month so you can see whether your results are improving over time, correlate campaign launches with activity spikes, and build a compelling narrative for board or management reporting.


Filters and Exports

Every view on the dashboard responds to a shared filter bar — slice by date range, contact category, journey type, or individual agent. When you find a view that tells a useful story, hit Export to pull the underlying data as a CSV. For a full snapshot of every view at once, Export All packages everything into a single multi-sheet file.
