See Before You Send — Email Preview and Spam Score Check in NurtureHub

One of the most frustrating things in email marketing is approving an email that looks great in your head, only for it to land in spam, render badly on mobile, or get blocked before it ever reaches your lead. With v1.0.73, we've added two tools directly into the sequence review UI to catch those problems before they happen.

Preview Emails Exactly as Recipients See Them

NurtureHub now renders each generated email inside a realistic inbox-style preview frame as part of the sequence review UI. You don't need to send a test email to yourself to see what it looks like — the preview is right there alongside your copy.

Better still, a mobile/desktop toggle lets you flip between viewport sizes instantly. Property agents know that a large share of leads open email on their phones. Now you can confirm your nurture email reads cleanly on a 375px screen just as easily as on a wide desktop inbox.

Check for Spam Triggers Before You Approve

Email deliverability is one of those things that only gets attention when it breaks. The new Spam Score Check button is designed to surface issues proactively, while you still have a chance to fix them.

Click the button and NurtureHub analyses the email content using SpamAssassin-style heuristics — the same kind of pattern-matching that real inbox filters apply. You get back a score and a list of specific warnings, such as:

  • ALL CAPS detected
  • Too many exclamation marks
  • Specific words or phrases that commonly trigger spam filters

The entire check runs in your browser. Your email content isn't sent anywhere — it's a local analysis, instant and private.

A Faster, More Confident Approval Flow

The sequence review UI was already where agents go to read, edit, and approve their AI-generated sequences. These two additions mean that review now covers three things in one place:

  1. Does the copy read well?
  2. Does it look right on every device?
  3. Will it actually reach the inbox?
