Revenue Summary Dashboard

Revenue Summary Dashboard

The Revenue Summary Dashboard gives gym owners a single, structured view of all revenue flowing through their facility. It is designed for owners who need to understand business performance across multiple income streams without reconciling data from separate tools.

Accessing the Dashboard

The Revenue Summary Dashboard is available to users with the Owner role. Navigate to:

Dashboard → Business Intelligence → Revenue Summary

Revenue Breakdown

Revenue is segmented into five distinct categories, each displayed as its own panel:

CategoryDescription
Programme TrackIncome attributed to each active training track (e.g. strength, conditioning, weightlifting, gymnastics)
Membership TierRecurring subscription revenue broken down per tier (e.g. Base, Pro, Elite)
PT Client RevenueFees generated through personal training client relationships
Storefront SalesRevenue from physical products, supplements, or digital goods sold via the integrated storefront
Drop-in FeesOne-off session payments from visitors who are not active members

MRR Trend

The Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) Trend chart plots total MRR over a rolling period, allowing owners to:

  • Identify month-on-month growth or contraction
  • Correlate revenue changes with programme launches, promotions, or seasonal patterns
  • Benchmark current MRR against prior periods

Cohort Retention Rates

The retention panel groups members by their sign-up month (cohort) and tracks what percentage remain active in subsequent months.

  • Cohorts are displayed as a standard retention grid
  • Declining cohorts can indicate pricing, programming, or engagement issues
  • Data feeds directly into the Churn Risk dashboard for actionable follow-up

PT-Driven Conversion Metrics

This section measures the business impact of personal training by tracking:

  • Prospect-to-member conversion rate attributed to PT engagement
  • Tier upgrades triggered following PT programme enrolment
  • Revenue influenced by PT as a proportion of total MRR

These metrics help owners evaluate the ROI of their coaching staff and identify which trainers are driving the most membership value.

Notes

  • Revenue figures reflect completed transactions. Pending or refunded transactions are excluded from totals by default.
  • Drop-in fees are counted in the period the session occurs, not the date of booking.
  • PT-driven conversion attribution uses a last-touch model based on the most recent PT session before a membership purchase or upgrade.
