v0.1.63: See Exactly Why a Product Scores High with the Dimension Breakdown Chart
Release: v0.1.63
The composite opportunity score tells you which products are worth building. The new Score Dimension Breakdown Chart tells you why.
What's shipping
Every product dossier now includes a small visual chart — rendered as a horizontal bar chart or radar chart — that breaks the overall score into its four component dimensions:
- Replicability — can we build this with our stack?
- Market Demand — is the market buying and talking about this?
- Revenue Potential — is there real pricing power here?
- Competitive Gaps — are the incumbents leaving users frustrated?
Instead of scanning numbers, you see the shape of the opportunity immediately.
Why it matters
A high overall score can mean very different things in practice:
- A product scoring high on demand and gaps but low on replicability is a hard build with a real market — scope carefully.
- A product scoring high on replicability and revenue but low on demand is technically approachable but needs more market validation.
- A clean sweep across all four dimensions is the signal to move fast.
The chart makes these distinctions visible in seconds, so you spend less time interpreting data and more time deciding what to build.
No new dependencies to manage
The chart is powered by Chart.js or recharts — both are client-side libraries with no external service calls. There is nothing to configure and no API key to provision.
Where to find it
Run a directory crawl as normal. Click into any product from the ranked results dashboard. The dimension breakdown chart appears directly on the dossier page alongside the mission statement, suggested feature list, and competitor weakness analysis.
