Referral and Partner Program
The Referral and Partner Program module enables organizations to run structured customer referral programs and manage external partner relationships — all from within the platform. Automated tracking and commission calculations eliminate manual work, while the partner portal gives external collaborators direct visibility into their activity.

Referral Program Management
Create one or more referral programs and define the rules that govern them. Each program supports:
- Referral links & codes — Generate unique identifiers per referrer for accurate attribution.
- Conversion tracking — Automatically record when a referred contact completes a qualifying action (e.g. signs up, makes a purchase).
- Program-level rules — Set eligibility criteria, expiry windows, and reward tiers per program.
Setting Up a Referral Program
- Navigate to Referrals → Programs and click New Program.
- Define the program name, active date range, and eligibility rules.
- Configure the reward or commission structure (see Commission Calculations).
- Activate the program to begin generating referral links for participants.
Partner Relationship Management
The partner management module provides a structured way to onboard and track external partners — resellers, affiliates, agencies, or integration partners.
- Partner profiles — Store contact details, tier classification, and agreement information.
- Deal registration — Partners can register deals to claim exclusivity and commission credit.
- Pipeline visibility — Internal teams see partner-sourced opportunities alongside direct pipeline.
Onboarding a Partner
- Go to Partners → All Partners and click Add Partner.
- Fill in company details, assign a partner tier, and attach any agreements.
- Send an invitation to grant the partner access to the Partner Portal.
Commission Calculations
Commission rules are configured at the program or partner tier level and are applied automatically when qualifying conversions are recorded.
- Flat fee — A fixed amount per successful referral or deal.
- Percentage-based — A percentage of the converted deal value.
- Tiered rates — Escalating rates based on volume thresholds within a period.
Calculated commissions are surfaced in the partner's portal view and can be exported for payroll or accounts-payable processing.
Note: Commission payouts are calculated automatically but must be approved and disbursed through your organization's existing payment workflow.
Partner Portal
The Partner Portal is a self-service interface accessible to invited partners without requiring a full platform license.
Partners can use the portal to:
- View and share their unique referral links.
- Track the status of referred contacts and registered deals.
- Monitor pending and approved commission earnings.
- Download commission statements.
Accessing the Partner Portal
Partners receive an invitation email with a link to set up their portal credentials. Admins can resend invitations or revoke access from Partners → All Partners → [Partner Name] → Portal Access.
Referral Analytics
The analytics dashboards give program managers a real-time view of program health and partner contribution.

Accessing Analytics
Navigate to Referrals → Analytics or Partners → Analytics to access the respective dashboards. Reports can be filtered by date range, program, partner tier, or individual partner.
