What's New in v1.0.80: Reserve Status & Holding Account Dashboard Widget
Release: v1.0.80
Version 1.0.80 ships the Reserve Status & Holding Account Dashboard Widget — a new, always-visible panel on the main dashboard that gives operators an instant read on fund-holding health and clawback reserve status.
Why This Matters
Every pound collected via Direct Debit passes through a Griffin holding account before it can be forwarded to an agent's client account. During that hold period, the service maintains a clawback reserve — a buffer kept back to cover any reversals from tenants' banks.
Previously, understanding the state of the holding account required navigating to dedicated reports. With this release, the key numbers are surfaced directly on the dashboard so operators can act quickly if the reserve is under pressure.
What You'll See
The widget, displayed prominently at the top of the main dashboard overview, shows:
- Current Griffin holding account balance — how much is currently sitting in the holding account.
- Required clawback reserve — how much must be kept back based on your configured risk settings.
- Available to forward — the funds that are free to move to agent client accounts right now.
- Upcoming forwards (next 24h) — a preview of forwarding payments that will execute imminently.
- Reserve health indicator — a green / amber / red status so you can tell at a glance whether everything is on track.
Auto-Refresh & Live Data
The widget refreshes every 5 minutes automatically — no need to reload the page. Data is pulled via a tRPC endpoint scoped to your account, so figures are always customer-specific.
