A Review Interface Built for Busy Agents
When the AI generates a sequence, you are taken straight into a clean, focused review screen. All three emails are presented in sequence order — subject, preview text, and full rendered body — so you can read the entire journey in one sitting and understand the narrative before you commit to sending it.
There is no hunting through menus or switching between tabs. Everything you need to assess the sequence is on one screen.
Edit Without Leaving the Review Screen
If something in an email needs adjusting — a word choice, a detail about the property, the call to action — click into it and edit it directly. Changes render immediately. You stay in the review interface throughout; there is no separate editing mode to navigate to and back from.
Regenerate One Email, Keep the Others
Sometimes an email needs more than a quick edit. Maybe the tone is not quite right, or you want to try a different angle entirely. Hit Regenerate on that individual email, provide any guidance on tone or focus, and the AI produces a fresh version — without touching the other two emails in the sequence that you were happy with.
You can regenerate as many times as you need before approving.
See It as Your Contact Will See It
Before you approve, use the Preview mode to render each email exactly as the recipient will receive it. Personalisation tokens are resolved, branding is applied, and the layout is shown as it will appear in an inbox. It is a quick but important check, particularly for the first few sequences you review while getting familiar with how the AI interprets your brand voice.
One Click to Approve and Schedule
When you are satisfied, a single Approve Sequence action transitions the journey to approved status and places all three emails into the scheduling queue. There is no per-email approval, no secondary confirmation screen. The platform is designed around the reality that agents approve sequences between viewings, between calls — speed matters.
The Draft Inbox: Nothing Gets Missed
The new Draft Inbox gives you — and your team — a single view of every sequence waiting for review across all contacts in the account. Each entry shows who the contact is, their assigned category, and when the draft was created.
In a busy week, contacts get added quickly and sequences can stack up. The draft inbox makes sure nothing sits unreviewed and no warm lead goes cold because an email was waiting for sign-off.
Getting Started
If you are already using NurtureHub, the review interface and draft inbox are available in your account now. The next time you assign a contact to a category and the AI generates a sequence, you will be taken directly into the new review flow.
