Alumni Network & Travel Map

Introduced in v1.0.50, the Alumni Network and Travel Map give former members a way to stay connected to the community and find a place to train when they're away from home.

Alumni Network

When a member's active gym membership ends, their account is automatically converted to a free alumni account rather than being deleted or locked out.

What alumni can access

The Alumni Network section of the platform — a dedicated community space for former members.
Continued connection to other alumni and the broader Posibl community.

What alumni cannot access

Alumni accounts are free community accounts. Features tied to an active gym membership — such as programming tracks, class booking, coach messaging, and member health dashboards — are not available on an alumni account.

How it works

A gym owner or admin ends a member's active subscription.
The member's account is automatically downgraded to a free alumni account.
The member receives access to the Alumni Network section.
No action is required from the member — their login credentials remain unchanged.

Travel Map

Alumni accounts include access to a worldwide travel map showing all Posibl gyms and affiliate boxes.

Using the Travel Map

Open the Travel Map from the Alumni Network section.
The map displays pins for every Posibl gym and affiliated box globally.
Select a pin to see gym details.
Use the map to find a home box to drop into while travelling.

Who can see the Travel Map

The Travel Map is available to all alumni account holders. Active members with full gym memberships can also use it to plan travel.

Gym Owners & Affiliates

If you run a Posibl gym or affiliated box and want to appear on the Travel Map, ensure your gym's location details are up to date in your Gym Settings. Gyms that have completed their profile setup are automatically included on the map.
