Introducing the Agency Setup Wizard: Go Live in Under 30 Minutes
Introducing the Agency Setup Wizard: Go Live in Under 30 Minutes
Version 1.0.33 | NurtureHub
Setting up a new marketing platform has historically meant hours of configuration, template building, and workflow creation before a single email goes out. With v1.0.33, NurtureHub replaces all of that with a focused, five-step setup wizard built specifically for UK property agents — lettings, estate, and property management.
From the moment you create an account to the moment your first AI-generated email is sent, the target is 30 minutes or less.
What the Wizard Covers
The wizard walks you through five steps in sequence. Your progress is saved automatically at each step, and a dashboard checklist keeps track of what's done and what's remaining.
Step 1 — Choose Your Agency Type
Select the option that best describes your agency:
- Lettings — residential lettings and tenant management
- Estate — sales and buyer/seller representation
- Property Management — block or portfolio management
- Mixed — a combination of the above
This selection tells NurtureHub which contact categories and AI content patterns are most relevant to your business. You can update it later from your account settings.
Step 2 — Capture Your Brand Voice
NurtureHub's AI writes emails in your agency's own voice — not a generic template. To calibrate this, you provide:
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Tone | How you want to come across (e.g. professional, warm, concise) |
| Agency name | Used in greetings, sign-offs, and body copy |
| Email signature | Appended to every outbound email |
| Sample copy (optional) | Paste in an existing email or letter — the AI learns from your style |
The more detail you provide here, the more closely AI-generated sequences will reflect your existing communications.
Step 3 — Connect Your CRM
NurtureHub syncs contacts and engagement data bidirectionally with major proptech CRMs. During setup, agentOS is featured as the primary connection option.
Supported connections at setup:
- agentOS (native, featured)
- Other CRMs via open API (Reapit, Alto, Street, Loop — configurable post-setup)
Not ready to connect yet? Select Connect Later — this step is non-blocking. You can complete the rest of the wizard and connect your CRM any time from the dashboard checklist.
Step 4 — Import Your First Contacts
With your CRM connected (or skipped), bring in your first contacts using one of two methods:
Option A — CSV Upload Download the provided CSV template, populate it with your contacts, and upload. Contacts are validated on import and mapped to NurtureHub's contact categories.
Option B — CRM Pull If you connected a CRM in step 3, pull contacts directly. You can filter by branch, status, or contact type before importing.
You only need a handful of contacts to complete the wizard — you are not required to import your full database before going live.
Step 5 — Send a Test AI-Generated Email
Before you assign any live contacts to a nurture sequence, NurtureHub generates a real example email using the brand voice you captured in step 2. You can:
- Read and review the generated email
- Send it to yourself or a colleague as a live test
- Return to step 2 and refine your brand voice if needed
This step uses the same AI generation pipeline that runs for every live nurture sequence, so what you see is exactly what your contacts will receive.
The Dashboard Checklist
Once you enter the platform, a checklist widget appears on your dashboard showing the status of each setup step. Steps completed during the wizard are already ticked off. Any step you skipped — including CRM connection — can be resumed directly from the checklist.
The checklist disappears automatically once all five steps are marked complete.
Technical Details
- Progress is stored in the
onboardingStepstable and persists across sessions and devices. - Skipping step 3 (CRM connection) does not affect access to any other feature.
- The test email in step 5 counts as a real send from your account — it will appear in your sent history.
- Agency type and brand voice settings can be updated at any time from Settings → Agency Profile.
What Happens After Setup
Once the wizard is complete, you can begin assigning contacts to one of NurtureHub's twelve contact categories (e.g. Seller, Landlord, Buy-to-Let Investor, Active Tenant). The platform will immediately generate a personalised three-email nurture sequence, present it for your review and approval, then track engagement and score intent in real time.
No workflow building. No template authoring. Just assign, review, and send.
