Your New NurtureHub Dashboard: An Agent Command Centre

With v1.0.34, NurtureHub replaces its generic overview page with a purpose-built home screen designed around the daily workflow of UK property agents. Everything you need to act — not just observe — is now surfaced the moment you log in.


What Changed and Why

The previous dashboard displayed generic platform statistics. Useful for a quick glance, but not built for action. The new dashboard is organised around the questions agents actually ask at the start of each day:

  • Which leads are heating up right now?
  • Do I have emails waiting for my approval?
  • Are my campaigns performing?
  • Is my CRM in sync?

Every widget on the new dashboard answers one of those questions directly.


Dashboard Widgets at a Glance

🔥 Hot Leads

Shows your top 3 contacts by intent score — the people most likely to convert based on real-time engagement signals. Each card displays an alert badge so priority is obvious at a glance. Click any card to open the contact's full profile and sequence history.

✅ Sequences Awaiting Approval

A counter displays how many AI-generated nurture sequences are ready for your review. The Quick-Approve button takes you directly to the approval queue so you can review and send sequences in seconds — no menu navigation required.

📊 Email Performance (Last 7 Days)

A rolling 7-day summary of opens and clicks across all active sequences. Track overall engagement trends without leaving the home screen.

👥 Recent Contacts Added

A live feed of the most recently created contacts — useful for confirming that CRM imports or manual additions have been processed correctly.

🔗 CRM Sync Status

A persistent indicator shows the current sync state of your connected CRM (agentOS or any open-API integration). Statuses include Active, Syncing, and Attention Required, so you can catch connectivity issues before they affect your data.

➕ Quick-Add Contact

A prominently placed button lets you create a new contact and assign them to a nurture category without navigating away from the dashboard.


Who This Affects

All NurtureHub users will see the new dashboard immediately after upgrading to v1.0.34. No configuration is required. Existing sequences, contacts, and CRM connections are unaffected.


Getting the Most from the New Dashboard

  • Start your day on the Hot Leads widget. Intent scores update in real time — the contacts shown here are your best opportunities right now.
  • Keep the approval counter at zero. AI-generated sequences only send after your approval. A non-zero counter means revenue is waiting.
  • Use the CRM sync indicator as a health check. If it shows anything other than Active, investigate before adding new contacts to avoid sync conflicts.
  • Quick-Add is one click away. When a new valuation enquiry or landlord referral comes in, add them to a nurture sequence from the dashboard itself.
