The AI Recruiter Agent is an autonomous recruiting assistant built directly into the platform. It handles the most time-intensive top-of-funnel activities so your recruiting team can focus on high-judgment work — building relationships, evaluating culture fit, and closing candidates.
What It Does
Resume Screening
The agent automatically reads and evaluates every incoming resume against the structured requirements of a job posting. It identifies relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, and flags candidates who meet the bar — without requiring a recruiter to open a single CV.
Candidate Ranking
Screened candidates are scored and ranked by how closely they match the role's requirements. The ranked list is surfaced directly in the hiring pipeline view, making it easy for recruiters to prioritise their review queue.
Interview Scheduling
Once a candidate advances, the agent handles scheduling logistics. It coordinates availability between the candidate and the relevant interviewers, sends calendar invites, and manages rescheduling requests — all autonomously.
Personalised Outreach
The agent composes and sends personalised messages to candidates throughout the funnel. Outreach is contextualised to the candidate's profile and the stage they are at, maintaining a responsive, professional candidate experience at scale.

By automating top-of-funnel activities, the AI Recruiter Agent directly reduces recruiter workload and shortens the time-to-interview for qualified candidates. Recruiting teams can manage higher applicant volumes without increasing headcount.
Getting Started
The AI Recruiter Agent is available within the Talent Management module. To activate it for a role:
- Navigate to Talent → Open Roles and select a job posting.
- Open the AI Agent tab on the role detail page.
- Review and confirm the screening criteria the agent will use (derived from the job description).
- Toggle AI Recruiter Agent to Enabled.
Once enabled, the agent will begin processing new applicants automatically. Existing applicants in the pipeline can be retroactively screened from the same tab.
Notes
- Screening criteria are editable at any time. Changes apply to applicants processed after the update.
- All agent actions (screening decisions, outreach sent, interviews scheduled) are logged in the Agent Activity audit trail on the role detail page.
- Recruiters retain full override capability — any agent decision can be manually reversed.
