Introducing the DD Overview Dashboard

Release v1.0.73

We've replaced the generic overview page with a purpose-built Direct Debit dashboard — giving you a clear, real-time picture of your DD operation the moment you log in.

What's on the Dashboard

Six stats cards give you the numbers that matter most:

  • Active Mandates — How many mandates are live right now.
  • Scheduled Collections This Week — What's coming up, and the total value.
  • Collections Succeeded / Failed This Month — Your monthly collection performance at a glance.
  • Clawbacks This Month — Any reversals raised against your account.
  • Reserve Health — Whether your clawback reserve is in good shape to allow fund forwarding.

Every card is a link — click any one to drill into the relevant list page.

Recent Activity Feed

Below the cards, a live activity feed shows you what's been happening across mandates, collections, clawbacks, and alerts — no need to go hunting through individual screens.

Quick Actions

The two things you do most often are now one click away from the dashboard:

  • Send Mandate Invite — Fire off a mandate form link to a tenant immediately.
  • View Alerts — Jump straight to any active alerts that need your attention.

For Developers: tRPC API

All dashboard metrics are now exposed via tRPC, so if you're integrating with the Direct Debit service from agentOS or another application, you can pull the same stats programmatically and build your own dashboard surface.

Getting Started

No configuration is required — the dashboard is available to all accounts from v1.0.73 onwards. Simply navigate to the overview screen to see your metrics.

If your reserve health is showing as unhealthy, review your clawback reserve configuration to understand the minimum threshold for your account.
