Subscription Self-Service: Upgrade, Pause & Cancel

Members can manage every aspect of their subscription directly inside the app. There is no need to contact support to upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel — all changes are handled through the in-app subscription settings.
Plan Changes
Upgrading to Premium
- Navigate to Account → Subscription.
- Select Upgrade to Premium.
- Confirm the change.
The upgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Downgrading to Standard
- Navigate to Account → Subscription.
- Select Change Plan → Standard.
- Confirm the change.
The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Premium features remain accessible until that date.
Pausing a Subscription
Members may pause their subscription for up to four weeks per calendar year.
- The pause begins at the next billing cycle.
- No charges are made during the paused period.
- The subscription resumes automatically when the pause window ends.
- The four-week allowance resets each calendar year.
Note: Pausing is not available if the member has already used their four-week annual pause allowance.
Cancelling a Subscription
- Navigate to Account → Subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Members retain full access to their plan until that date.
Failed Payment Handling
If a payment fails, the platform automatically retries the charge on the following schedule:

If all three retries are unsuccessful, member access is suspended after 14 days from the original failed payment. Members will be notified at each stage and can update their payment method to restore access immediately.
