Introducing the Portfolio Dashboard: See Your Entire Managed Estate at a Glance
Release v1.0.20 | Core Functionality
One of the most common frustrations for property management agents handling multiple residential developments is the same every morning: open the system, click into Development A, check the arrears, back out, click into Development B, check the compliance status, back out, repeat — for every development on the books.
With v1.0.20, that workflow changes.
The Portfolio Dashboard Is Here
We've rebuilt the main /dashboard view into a full Portfolio Dashboard — an agency-level executive overview that pulls together the KPIs that matter most, across every development you manage, in one place.
When you land on the dashboard, you now immediately see:
- Total Units under management — your entire residential estate, counted
- Total Arrears — the aggregate outstanding service charge debt across all developments
- Outstanding Compliance Items — how many compliance tasks are unresolved, portfolio-wide
- Upcoming AGMs — every Annual General Meeting on the horizon, across all your OMCs
No more development-by-development triage. The numbers that tell the story of your portfolio are right there.
Why This Matters for Irish Block Management
Managing multi-unit developments in Ireland comes with real obligations. The Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 and the requirements of OMC governance under the Companies Act mean that agents can't afford to let arrears creep up unnoticed, miss compliance deadlines, or be caught unprepared for an AGM.
The Portfolio Dashboard gives directors and senior managers the visibility to stay ahead of those obligations — not just for one development, but for all of them.
What Hasn't Changed
The individual development and OMC pages you rely on for day-to-day management work exactly as before. The Portfolio Dashboard is the new starting point — the overview layer that tells you where to focus. When you need to act, you drill into the specific development or OMC record as usual.
Getting Started
Log in and navigate to /dashboard. The Portfolio Dashboard is your default landing view — no configuration required. As long as your developments are set up with units, OMC linkages, and service charge data, their figures will automatically roll up into the portfolio totals.
This is a high-priority release that closes a significant gap in the agency-level experience. If you manage more than one development, this one's for you.
