Multi-Branch & Sub-Organisation Support

Multi-Branch & Sub-Organisation Support

Available on the Agency Pro plan.

NurtureHub now supports multi-branch estate agencies through a sub-organisation model. If your agency operates from more than one location or trades under distinct branch identities, you can represent each branch as its own sub-organisation under a single parent account — without needing separate billing, logins, or platform instances.

How It Works

Each sub-organisation (branch) is a fully scoped workspace with:

  • Its own brand voice settings (tone, sign-off, agency name as used in emails)
  • Its own contact list and contact categories
  • Its own nurture sequences — AI-generated sequences for that branch's contacts are isolated and not shared across branches

All branches under a parent organisation share a single Agency Pro billing subscription.

Setting Up Branches

Prerequisites

  • You must be on the Agency Pro plan.
  • You must have the Parent Org Admin role on your account.

Creating a Sub-Organisation

  1. Navigate to Settings → Organisation.
  2. Under the Branches section, click Add Branch.
  3. Enter the branch name (e.g. Foxtons Kensington) and configure its brand voice.
  4. Assign team members to the new branch.

The new branch will appear in the org switcher immediately for any users assigned to it.

Switching Between Branches

The org switcher in the top navigation bar lists all sub-organisations your account has access to. Select a branch to scope the entire UI — contacts, sequences, and analytics — to that branch.

Users who belong to multiple branches can switch freely without signing out.

Cross-Branch Analytics

Parent org admins can view a consolidated analytics dashboard that aggregates data across all branches. This includes:

  • Email open and click rates per branch
  • Sequence performance comparisons
  • Hot lead alert volumes by branch
  • Contact category breakdowns across the whole agency

This view is accessible only to users with the Parent Org Admin role and is not visible to branch-level users.

Data Model

Sub-organisations are linked to their parent via a parent_org_id foreign key on the organizations table. Each branch is a fully valid organisation record — the parent relationship simply establishes hierarchy for billing and analytics purposes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can a contact exist in more than one branch?
No. Contacts are scoped to a single sub-organisation. If the same landlord deals with two branches, they should be added as separate contacts in each branch.

Can branch members see other branches' contacts or sequences?
No. Branch data is fully isolated. A user assigned only to Foxtons Chelsea cannot see contacts or sequences belonging to Foxtons Kensington.

Is there a limit on the number of branches?
Branch limits are determined by your Agency Pro plan tier. Contact support for details.

What happens to existing organisations when this feature is enabled?
Existing organisations are unaffected. They continue to operate as standalone organisations. To convert to a multi-branch setup, contact support.
