See Every Contact's Full Story in One Place
NurtureHub v1.0.63 — Contact Profile & Journey Timeline View
One of the most common frustrations for property agents using CRM and marketing tools together is context-switching. You get a hot lead alert, open the CRM to find out more, switch to the email platform to check what was sent, then try to piece together a timeline in your head. It's slow, error-prone, and means agents often arrive at a call without the full picture.
v1.0.63 fixes that.
Everything About a Contact, on One Screen
The new Contact Profile & Journey Timeline View consolidates every data point NurtureHub holds about a contact — and every event synced from agentOS — into a single, fast-loading screen.
Open a contact and you immediately see:
- Their current lead score, with a chart showing how it's moved over time
- The hot lead indicator if they're above threshold — no hunting around
- Their assigned category and current journey stage
- Every email sent to them, with open and click status
- CRM activity from agentOS, pulled in and displayed inline
- A full chronological timeline combining all of the above
No tabs. No cross-referencing. One screen.
The Timeline Is the Key
The timeline is where this comes together. It merges NurtureHub engagement events — emails, opens, clicks, stage progressions — with agentOS CRM activity like viewings, valuations, and applicant notes, all in chronological order.
Agents can also add their own notes directly into the timeline, which sit alongside the automated events. This makes the timeline a genuine record of the relationship, not just a log of automated activity.
Act Without Leaving the View
The contact view isn't read-only. From the same screen, agents can:
- Override the category — if a contact's situation has changed, reassign them and NurtureHub will kick off the right sequence immediately
- Manually trigger a new journey — useful after a long gap or a significant event in the contact's property search
- Add notes — freeform, timestamped, and attributed to you
Attribution and Compliance, Built In
Two additions that matter for different reasons:
Attribution chain — when a pipeline outcome is recorded for a contact, you can see exactly which touchpoints contributed to it. Which email they opened, which link they clicked, what sequence they were in. This is the evidence that nurture activity drives real business outcomes.
Consent audit trail — a read-only log of every consent event for the contact. When it was captured, how, and any changes since. Accessible directly from the contact view for fast compliance checks.
Getting Started
The contact profile view is available now for all contacts in NurtureHub. Open any contact from the contacts list to access the new view. No configuration is required.
