Bulk Re-Crawl Selected Products

The ranked dashboard now supports checkbox-based multi-selection so you can refresh scrape data and re-score multiple products in one operation — without having to trigger each product individually.

How It Works

Select products — Use the checkboxes on the left of each row in the ranked dashboard to select one or more products. A bulk action toolbar appears at the bottom (or top) of the table once at least one product is checked.
Trigger bulk refresh — Click Refresh & Re-score in the toolbar. The system submits one Inngest batch event per selected product. Each event independently re-crawls the product's source listing, re-scrapes reviews and pricing signals, and recalculates the composite opportunity score.
Monitor progress — Open the Status Tracker to watch the jobs move through the queue. Each submitted job is tracked individually so you can see which products are queued, currently running, or completed.
Results update automatically — Once a job completes, the product's row in the ranked dashboard updates with fresh scores and data.

Limits

If you attempt to select more than 50 products, a warning is shown before submission and the operation will not proceed until the selection is reduced to 50 or fewer.

This cap exists to prevent large bursts of concurrent scrape jobs from overwhelming the job queue.

Notes

Bulk re-crawl uses the same scrape and scoring pipeline as a single-product refresh — no difference in data quality or depth.
Each product job is independent; a failure on one product does not cancel the remaining jobs in the batch.
Progress visibility is provided through the existing status tracker — no separate bulk-operation UI is required.
