Know What Your Emails Are Actually Winning

Introducing CRM Outcome Sync & Multi-Touch Attribution in NurtureHub v1.0.71

Engagement metrics — opens, clicks, intent scores — tell you who is interested. They have never been able to tell you who actually booked a valuation, signed an instruction, or agreed a tenancy. Until now.

NurtureHub v1.0.71 ships the CRM Outcome Sync & Attribution Engine: a direct connection between your email campaign activity and the pipeline outcomes recorded in your CRM, with a configurable attribution model that ties every open and every click back to real business results.

Outcomes Flow In Automatically

When you connect NurtureHub to your CRM — whether that is agentOS, Reapit, Alto, Street, or Loop — outcome data now flows back the other way. The five outcomes that matter most in residential property are covered out of the box:

  • Valuations booked
  • Viewings arranged
  • Instructions won
  • Tenancies agreed
  • Offers accepted

No spreadsheet exports. No manual cross-referencing. The moment an outcome is recorded in your CRM, it appears in NurtureHub and is matched to the right contact and nurture journey.

Three Attribution Models, One Source of Truth

Not every agency thinks about credit the same way — and the right model depends on what question you are trying to answer. NurtureHub supports three:

Last-Touch (the default) credits the final email interaction before an outcome. Clean and straightforward for most use cases.

First-Touch credits the email that started the relationship. Ideal if you want to know which campaigns are best at bringing the right people into the funnel.

Linear spreads credit evenly across every interaction in the journey. The fairest view of how a sequence performs as a whole.

Switch between models in Settings at any time — every report recalculates instantly.

Revenue Figures Across Every Dimension

Attribted revenue is not just a single dashboard number. In v1.0.71 it is sliced four ways:

  • By journey — which nurture sequences are generating the highest value outcomes
  • By email — which individual emails in a sequence are the decisive touchpoints
  • By contact category — are your Landlord sequences outperforming your Seller sequences, or vice versa?
  • By agent persona — which agents' branded content is converting best across the team

This level of granularity means you can make precise, evidence-based decisions: double down on what works, iterate on what does not.

No CRM Entry? No Problem.

Not every deal gets logged in the CRM at the right moment. For outcomes captured outside the system — a valuation booked on the phone, an instruction confirmed in person — NurtureHub now includes a manual outcome entry flow. Record the outcome type, value, and date against the contact, and it flows straight into attribution alongside everything synced automatically.
