Sync Your CRM Contacts on Demand — v1.0.51

Sync Your CRM Contacts on Demand

Release v1.0.51

Until now, getting contacts from your CRM into NurtureHub meant waiting for a scheduled sync or doing it manually. With v1.0.51, you can pull contacts from any connected CRM whenever you need them — in seconds, with a single click.

The 'Sync Contacts' Button

You'll find the new Sync Contacts button in two places:

  1. Integrations page — next to each of your connected CRM integrations, giving you per-integration control over when you pull.
  2. Contact list — so you can kick off a sync without leaving the page you're already working on.

Click it, watch the progress indicator, and you're done.

What the Summary Report Tells You

After every on-demand sync, NurtureHub shows you a clear summary of exactly what happened:

  • New contacts added — brand-new records pulled in from your CRM
  • Existing contacts updated — records that were already in NurtureHub and have been refreshed with the latest CRM data
  • Conflicts requiring manual resolution — any cases where NurtureHub couldn't automatically reconcile differences between your CRM data and existing records

Conflicts are surfaced clearly so nothing gets silently overwritten. You stay in control.

No Duplicates

The sync deduplicates by email address. If a contact already exists in NurtureHub with the same email as one coming from the CRM, NurtureHub updates the existing record rather than creating a second one. Clean data, no extra housekeeping required.

Bidirectional Sync Stays Intact

Every contact imported via the on-demand sync keeps their external CRM ID attached. This means future bidirectional sync — pushing updates from NurtureHub back to your CRM — works exactly as expected. The linkage is never lost.

Supported CRMs

The Sync Contacts feature works with all integrations currently supported by NurtureHub:

  • agentOS (native integration)
  • Reapit
  • Alto
  • Street
  • Loop

How to Use It

  1. Navigate to Integrations (or your Contact list).
  2. Click Sync Contacts next to your CRM.
  3. Wait for the progress indicator to complete.
  4. Review the summary report — resolve any flagged conflicts if needed.
  5. Your contacts are ready to use in NurtureHub.

That's it. No configuration, no workflow setup, no waiting.
