Introducing Email Performance Analytics

Introducing Email Performance Analytics

Available from: v1.0.41

The /dashboard/analytics page gives you a complete picture of how your nurture sequences are performing — from headline open and click rates down to the specific subject lines and send times driving the most engagement.

Accessing Analytics

Navigate to Dashboard → Analytics in the main navigation. No additional setup is required — data is populated automatically from your existing email activity.

Overall Trend Charts

At the top of the page, two line charts display your aggregate open rate and click rate over time. Use the time window selector to switch between:

WindowDescription
7dLast 7 days — useful for monitoring recent campaign activity
30dLast 30 days — standard monthly performance view
90dLast 90 days — longer-term trend analysis

Both charts update together when you change the selected window.

Per-Sequence Performance Table

Below the trend charts, a table lists every nurture sequence with the following columns:

ColumnDescription
SequenceThe name of the nurture sequence
Open RatePercentage of sent emails that were opened
Click RatePercentage of opened emails with at least one link clicked
Unsubscribe RatePercentage of recipients who unsubscribed
Hot Leads GeneratedNumber of contacts that triggered a hot lead alert from this sequence

The table can be sorted by any column. Use this view to identify your highest- and lowest-performing sequences at a glance.

Per-Category Performance Breakdown

Performance metrics are also broken down by each of the 12 contact categories:

  • Seller
  • Landlord
  • Buy-to-Let Investor
  • Active Tenant
  • (and the remaining 8 categories)

This breakdown helps you understand which contact types are most responsive to nurture activity, and where you may want to refine your messaging or sequencing strategy.

Top-Performing Email Subjects

A ranked list shows which email subject lines are achieving the highest open rates across all sequences and categories. Use this to inform future subject line decisions and spot patterns in what resonates with your audience.

Contact Engagement Heatmap

The engagement heatmap visualises contact activity by day of the week and time of day, surfacing the windows when your contacts are most likely to open and click. Each cell is shaded by relative engagement intensity.

Use the heatmap to:

  • Identify optimal send times for new sequences
  • Spot patterns specific to your agency's contact base
  • Compare weekday vs. weekend engagement

Exporting Data

All metrics displayed on the analytics page can be exported to CSV using the Export CSV button at the top-right of the page. The export includes:

  • Trend chart data for the currently selected time window
  • Full per-sequence performance table
  • Per-category breakdown
  • Top subject line rankings
  • Heatmap engagement values

This is useful for sharing performance reports, importing into spreadsheets, or feeding data into external reporting tools.

Data Source

All analytics are derived from the email_events table, which records opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and other engagement signals in real time. Data on the analytics page reflects events up to the last recorded entry — there is no manual refresh required.

Notes

  • Analytics data is read-only; no changes to sequences or contacts can be made from this page.
  • Historical data is available from the date your account first sent emails through NurtureHub.
  • CSV exports reflect the metrics as displayed at the time of export.
