Dashboard Intelligence KPIs
Dashboard Intelligence KPIs
The top of the main dashboard displays five stat cards giving an at-a-glance summary of your market intelligence pipeline. These replace the generic platform stats that were present in earlier versions.
Stat Cards
Total Products Discovered
The total number of SaaS products identified across all crawled directory URLs. This count increases each time a directory crawl completes, regardless of whether deep analysis has run.
Products Fully Analysed
The number of products that have been through the full deep-analysis pipeline — reviews scraped, features extracted, and all four scoring dimensions calculated (replicability, market demand, revenue potential, competitive gaps). Use this alongside Total Products Discovered to gauge pipeline throughput.
Average Composite Score
The mean opportunity score across every fully analysed product, expressed on the composite scoring scale. A rising average indicates the pipeline is surfacing higher-quality opportunities over time; a falling average may reflect broader coverage into lower-signal categories.
Top Category by Volume
The proptech product category that contains the most discovered listings. This updates automatically as new directories are crawled and is useful for spotting where supplier concentration is highest.
Shortlisted Products
The count of products you have explicitly shortlisted for further review or build consideration. Shortlisting is done from the ranked dashboard or an individual product dossier.
Location
The stat cards render as a row at the top of the main dashboard — the first thing visible after login. They are read-only summary figures; clicking through to the full ranked table or individual dossiers is done via the dashboard below the cards.
