Introducing the Mobile Application Core
Release: v1.0.60 | Date: 2025
Starting with v1.0.60, the platform is now available as a native mobile application. This release delivers the foundational mobile experience: time tracking, expense reporting, and approvals — all with first-class offline support.
Why Mobile?
HR and operational workflows don't stop when employees leave their desks. Field teams, remote workers, and managers constantly on the move need the ability to log hours, submit expenses, and action approvals without being tethered to a laptop. The mobile app brings the core of the platform to wherever work happens.
What's Included
Track Time Anywhere
Employees can start and stop timers, log hours retroactively, and submit timesheets for approval — all from their phone. No more end-of-week scrambles to remember where hours went.
Expense Reporting on the Go
Capture a receipt the moment a purchase is made. The app lets employees photograph receipts, categorize expenses, and submit reports in seconds, reducing the lag between spending and reporting.
Approvals in Your Pocket
Managers receive push notifications the moment a timesheet or expense report lands in their queue. Approve or reject with a tap, keeping workflows moving even when out of office.
Built for the Real World: Offline-First
One of the standout capabilities in this release is offline support. The mobile app is designed to work fully without an internet connection. Actions taken offline — logging time, submitting an expense, approving a request — are stored locally on the device and automatically synced to the platform the moment connectivity is restored.
This matters for:
- Field employees in low-signal environments.
- Frequent travellers on flights or in remote locations.
- Anyone who needs reliability beyond what a mobile network can guarantee.
Getting Started
The app is available now on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Sign in with your existing platform credentials and your data will be ready immediately. See the Mobile Application Core feature guide for full setup instructions and a breakdown of all capabilities.
What's Next
v1.0.60 is the foundation. Future releases will expand the mobile experience to include reporting dashboards, payroll visibility, and more. Stay tuned to the Changelog for updates.
