Find Any Contact in Seconds: Advanced Filtering Comes to the Contacts List
Release: v1.0.46
As your contact database grows, finding the right people at the right time gets harder. v1.0.46 introduces advanced filtering across the contacts list — so you can slice your database by category, nurture status, intent score, activity date, or CRM source in any combination, save those filters as named views, and share them directly via URL.
What's Changed
The contacts list now has a full filter panel alongside a free-text search bar. All filters work together — each one you apply narrows the results further.
Filter by Category
Use the multi-select category filter to show contacts from one or more of NurtureHub's twelve contact types at once. For example, select Seller and Buy-to-Let Investor together to see all vendor-side contacts in one view.
Filter by Sequence Status
Quickly surface contacts at any stage of the nurture pipeline:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| No sequence | Contact exists but no sequence has been started |
| Awaiting approval | AI has generated a sequence; waiting for agent sign-off |
| Active | Sequence is live and emails are sending |
| Completed | All sequence emails have been delivered |
This is particularly useful for spotting contacts who've been categorised but not yet had a sequence approved — a common gap in busy offices.
Filter by Intent Score Range
The intent score slider lets you set a minimum and maximum band. Pull up only your highest-intent contacts (e.g. 80–100) before a calling session, or find dormant contacts (e.g. 0–20) who may need re-engagement.
Filter by Last Activity Date
Date-based filtering on last activity lets you surface contacts who haven't been active recently, or focus on those who engaged with a sequence email this week.
Filter by CRM Source
If you're syncing contacts from multiple CRMs — or a mix of CRM and manual entry — the source filter lets you view contacts from a single system in isolation. Supported sources: agentOS, Reapit, Alto, Street, Loop, and Manual.
Free-Text Search
The search bar matches against contact name, email address, and phone number simultaneously. No need to know which field a value lives in — type a partial name, domain, or number and matching contacts surface instantly.
Saved Views
Once you've dialled in a useful filter combination, save it as a named view. Saved views appear in the contacts sidebar and restore all filter state with a single click.
Example views to get you started:
- Hot Sellers — Category: Seller / Intent score: 80–100
- Uncontacted Landlords — Category: Landlord / Sequence status: No sequence
- This Week's Engaged Buyers — Category: Buyer / Last activity: last 7 days
Saved views can be renamed or deleted at any time from the sidebar.
Shareable Filter URLs
Every active filter is encoded into the page URL as query parameters. This means:
- Refresh-safe — your filters survive a page reload without needing a saved view.
- Shareable — paste the URL into a Teams or WhatsApp message and your colleague opens the contacts list with the exact same filters applied.
